Terms and Conditions

LooksOptimizer is a visualization tool. It applies illustrative edits to a photo you provide so you can explore how certain cosmetic changes might look. The previews are computer-generated approximations, not depictions of achievable results.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Previews are not predictions, simulations of surgical technique, or guarantees of any outcome — actual results of any procedure vary widely and depend on factors the Service does not model. Price figures shown are rough, non-binding estimates for general context only. Always consult a qualified, licensed medical professional before making any decision about a cosmetic procedure.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By uploading a photo you represent that you and any person depicted in it are at least 18 years old, and you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy — including, where the photorealistic preview is available, transmission of the photo to our rendering server to generate your preview. You retain all rights to your photo; you grant us only the limited, transient permission needed to process it and return your preview. You agree not to misuse the Service — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or using it to harass or impersonate anyone.

The Service — including its software, design, and rendering techniques — is owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make — including any medical or cosmetic decision — based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, including uploading a photo of a person under 18.

We may update these terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
